Thoughtfully and carefully curated party themes
I have always loved planning parties. And when I couldn't find what I wanted for decorations, I would roll up my sleeves and make them myself.
I made tutus and sewed seersucker bow ties for my eldest daughters 1st birthday, designed party favors that guests would keep forever, customised drinkware and table settings, and designed and sewed all of our family halloween costumes. I have been something of a party designing Olympian.
I firmly believe the details are worth getting right. But I also understand that not everyone has the time or energy to make those moments look as magical as they would like.
Now that my girls are older, I no longer have the time to hand-stitch bunting or custom design every detail, which means I need to buy ready made. But when I moved to the UK from San Francisco and began planning our first party for my girls, I was overwhelmed by how long it took to find products I loved, and most were in other countries that had high shipping fees. And that is how Party Frills was born.
I spend countless hours curating themes and decorations from around the world to help you create the perfect party. All of our themes feel bespoke and a just a bit more special than what I think you'll find anywhere else. And to make it easier, I have created prepackaged theme boxes so all you need to do is unbox and set up. I hope you'll find something special, that adds both ease and magic to your party planning.

Both my parents and grandparents were all business owners in America, and I believe it was watching and helping my parents and grandparents with their dreams that helped me to create my own. Party Frills family owned and operated from soup to nuts. My children are actively involved in our operations, learning how to count inventory, unpacking supplies, and of course testing and giving approval of themes. Every order is a huge labor of love from our family to yours.
In starting our business, my dream has always extended beyond retail and profits, to supporting families like ours who have a child with Autism. Our Lily was diagnosed at 2, and seven years later has made great progress beyond what we could have imagined. However, we know not all families are so blessed. Despite her progress, we know that Lily's options for her future could be limited and our hope was to give Lily a place to gain work experience and for us a flexible working environment while we support her through growing.
We are proud to donate a portion of our sales to Little Gate charity whose mission is to help people with learning disabilities and autism into paid work. Every cup, plate, and balloon you buy supports their mission, our family, and families like ours.
